We believe that by focusing on a narrow manufacturing niche - sublimation printing on textiles - we can provide the highest quality for all the products we manufacture. In addition to this, we have strict in-house procedures that ensure excellent results and reduce waste. We have structured our production floor in a way that there are backup machines for each production process, which means that if something were to happen to one machine, we can still fulfill our commitments to our partners and customers.
We believe that manufacturing should be as sustainable as possible. We source 30% of our energy from renewable sources. In addition to reducing our carbon footprint through the use of green energy, we aim to minimize unnecessary material waste. Therefore, we have implemented strict procedures that significantly reduce the chances of defects, optimize product placement during printing to minimize fabric waste, use only water-based inks that are safe for both health and the environment, and have chosen the latest generation of energy-efficient machines for our machinery park.
We believe that fast, high-quality, and reasonably priced manufacturing doesn't have to be a myth. By focusing on one field, selecting the right machinery, and standardizing efficient production processes, we see that we can consistently deliver all three to our customers.
